1997 Dam Safety Conference Proceedings

The following is a compendium of technical papers which were presented at the 1997 ASDSO Annual Conference held at the Pittsburgh Hilton & Towers Hotel in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on September 8-10, 1997. All presentations except the general session presentations on Monday and those papers not received by the print date are published here.  Papers were chosen from over 100 submittals by the conference program committee, chaired by Jim Alexander (Missouri state representative). The ASDSO Board of Directors gave final approval of all speakers. ASDSO wishes to thank all those who submitted abstracts. A special thanks to all speakers, moderators, and session coordinators for their contributions to the conference.
