1999 Dam Safety Conference Proceedings

The following is a compendium of technical papers which were presented at the 1999 ASDSO Annual Conference held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in St. Louis, Missouri on October 10 - 13, 1999. All presentations except the general session presentations on Monday and those papers not received by the print date are published here. Reports on other activities, such as the welcome remarks, administrative meetings and awards presentations were published and distributed to all members.  Papers were chosen from over 100 submittals by the conference program committee, chaired by Laurence Siroky, (MT state representative). The ASDSO Board of Directors gave final approval to all conference speakers. ASDSO wishes to thank all those who submitted abstracts.  A special thanks goes to all speakers, moderators, and session coordinators for their contributions to the conference.
