2002 Dam Safety Conference Proceedings

The following is a compendium of technical papers which were presented at the 2002 ASDSO Annual Conference held at the Saddlebrook Resort in Tampa, Florida on September 8-11, 2002.  All presentations except the general session presentations on Monday and those papers not received by the print date are published here. Reports on other activities, such as the welcome remarks, administrative meetings and awards presentations were published in the ASDSO ENews and distributed to all members.

Papers were chosen from over 120 submittals by the conference program committee, chaired by Ken Smith of the Indiana Department of Natural Resources. The ASDSO Board of Directors gave final approval to all conference speakers. ASDSO wishes to thank all those who submitted abstracts. A special thanks goes to all speakers, moderators, and session coordinators for their contributions to the conference.
