2003 Dam Safety Conference Proceedings

The following is a compendium of technical papers which were presented at the 2003 ASDSO Annual Conference held at the Hyatt Regency in Minneapolis, Minnesota on September 7-10, 2003. All presentations received by the print date are published here. Reports on other activities, such as the welcome remarks, administrative meetings and awards presentations were published in the ASDSO E-News and distributed to all members.

Papers were chosen from over 100 submittals by the conference program committee, chaired by Ken Smith of the Indiana Department of Natural Resources. The ASDSO Board of Directors gave final approval to all conference speakers. ASDSO wishes to thank all those who submitted abstracts.

A special thanks goes to all speakers, moderators, and session coordinators for their contributions to the conference.
