2017 Dam Safety Conference Proceedings

The following is a compendium of technical papers which were presented at the 2017 ASDSO Annual Conference held September 10-14 at the J.W. Marriott Hill Country Hotel in San Antonio, Texas. All papers received by the publication date are included. Reports on other activities, such as the welcome remarks, administrative meetings and awards presentations will be published in the ASDSO E-News and distributed to all members.  Papers were chosen from over 200 abstract submittals by the conference program committee, chaired by John Ritchey of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Dam Safety Section. The ASDSO Board of Directors gave final approval to all conference speakers. ASDSO wishes to thank those who submitted abstracts, speakers, poster presenters, and moderators for their contributions to the conference.
